I currently live at the hamptons (s hagadorn and mt. hope) and im looking to have someone takeover my lease. its 1835 a month split among three people (one of the bedrooms is larger and has its own bathroom- this past year i i paid 640 and other two paid 580 because total rent was only 1805). My roommates are very social people on weekends, but the location is nice for a quiet atmosphere other days. It's also close to Berrytree apartments and water berry, so there's some people around you. you also get access to Berrytree's office/gym/pool and other amenities. covered parking is free. Fees include an $80 tech fee for internet and cable every month ($26.37 each normally, but there’s one month free), as well as electricity and sewage (max $35-40?). Bedroom furniture ($25 for you) and living room/kitchen furniture ($10/each) are also available. The bus stop is right across the street and takes just a few minutes to get to the center of campus. It's also walkable or bike-able in a short amount of time! Finally, it’s directly above the biggby coffee which has its perks.
