Looking to hand over my lease, which ends July 31st 2016, to a student or professional. This is a room for rent in 3 bedroom house. Available immediately.
$525 a month plus utilities split between three people (avg. $91 Fall/$150 Winter per person). I will pay your first month of rent.
Two other quiet roommates(plus one cat) currently live in the house; both are graduate professionals.
This is a very spacious room on the second floor with four storage closets and hardwood floors.
Window AC unit available. If you like, I can leave a mini refrigerator behind for free.
Washer/Dryer in basement. Dishwasher. Microwave. Shared kitchen/Living Room/Bathroom. On-street parking. Close to Frandor Shopping Center, Kroger, and US-127. Cats are okay, but you will need to discuss with the landlord first.
House also equipped for and running Lightspeed internet(included in utilities), which is 1 gig speed internet that is very stable and rarely goes out.
Approx. size of the room: you can fit a car in it(hypothetically) and still have space left over. In the first picture above, the picture is taken a bit behind the middle of the room. There is still plenty of space behind.
I'm leaving this space because I am leasing a place with my brother and fiance who cannot afford to live by themselves and I do not want to pay rent for two places.
