IF YOU PLAN OR KNOW ANYONE PLANNING ON LIVING IN CHANDLER CROSSINGS THIS FALL (August 2015-August 2016) AND HASENT SIGNED A LEASE YET, I have a year lease that needs to be taken over. You can get all the application fees waived and you can add it to other leases if you have friends living there. Right now the lease is for a 4x4 so 4 bedroom and 4 baths with no other roommates known for $566.20 a month per person. You can change the lease to any apartment styles or sizes (like a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom, etc..) they will just adjust the rent. I just really need someone to take over the lease.
