Available starting Nov 1st 2017. This home is loved and very well maintained by its owners. There is beautiful solid wood flooring throughout the bedrooms and living-room (New photos showing the updates will be coming soon). In addition, new flooring has been placed in the kitchen and the stairs to the basement were re-carpeted. The full bathroom has all real tiling and a caulk free shower! There is a large basement with lighting throughout, a half bath and a separate laundry room with free washer and dryer. A brand new high efficiency heater and AC unit were installed in just the past two years, which greatly reduced the utility costs. Tenants maintain the yard and sidewalks with any needed raking and mowing of the lawns and shoveling of the sidewalks and driveway. However, if a tenant wishes to have these responsibilities placed with professional services the rent can be adjusted accordingly to cover these costs.
Location wise, this house is great! It’s close to MSU, the River walk, the bus line and to both downtown Lansing and East Lansing.
If the same tenant remains in the home, treats the house with respect and pays their rent on time, then the rent will only be increased every third year. This rental may seem too good to be true, but it's the real deal. We love our house on Leslie Street and will take great care of a tenant that loves her too.
